WHAT'S NEW IN iOS 27 Siri AI is designed to be substantially more conversational and context-aware than traditional Siri. Apple says it can understand personal context, onscreen information and broader requests, and can perform actions across supported experiences.

COMPATIBILITY & AVAILABILITY Siri AI requires an Apple Intelligence-compatible device and supported language. It starts in English. Important for European users: Apple says Siri AI is not initially available on iPhone or iPad in the EU with iOS 27.
EU AVAILABILITY: Apple says Siri AI is not initially available on iPhone or iPad in the European Union with iOS 27. Apple currently gives no launch date for Siri AI on iOS in the EU.
IANS TIP If you are in the EU, distinguish between Siri AI and other Apple Intelligence features. iOS 27 does not mean that every Siri AI feature shown by Apple is currently available on your iPhone.

WHAT'S NEW IN iOS 27 Visual Intelligence uses the iPhone camera and Apple Intelligence to help you understand things around you. It can work with businesses and places, text, plants and animals, products and other visible objects.

COMPATIBILITY & AVAILABILITY Requires an Apple Intelligence-compatible iPhone. Activation methods vary by model and can include Camera Control, Action Button, Lock Screen or Control Center. Some capabilities vary by language and region.
